Current Research

Syntactic locality: restrictions on movement especially out of noun phrases, e.g. definiteness effect, role of verb of creation. etc.

Agreement: especially when one elements agrees with multiple elements: Either he or I ?am/?is/?are going.

Right node raising: when the right most element is shared: This tall and that short panda/*pandas are a couple.

Ellipsis, when you mean more than what you say: Q: Who did John buy the largest photo of? A: Mary.

Acquisition of degree expressions: How did you learn the meaning of 'best' and  '2 inches taller'?
