DR. YONG TU is an associate professor in the Department of Real Estate, School of Design and Environment, National University of Singapore. She holds a PhD in Economics from Napier University, Edinburgh, U.K. and was a Post-Doctoral research fellow in the Department of Urban Studies, University of Glasgow. Prior joining the NUS faculty, she was a lecturer in the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
