A/P Kam Tin Seah has attained a multifaceted track record in the property industry for over 26 years. As a ‘property man’, he charted his career spanning three well known SGX-listed property companies namely Parkway Holdings, Centrepoint Properties Limited and UOL Group Limited. His core skill-set include strategic development, investment, deal structuring, property development, asset management, sales and marketing, project management and property management.

He spearheaded the business development role in all the three companies and transacted more than $8 billion worth of deals under his belt.  In respect of property development and project marketing, he conceptualized market-oriented products and implemented value-creation approach that led to the successful sale of more than 11,000 residential units.  Throughout his career, he has also headed the role of asset-management comprising commercial/retail/hotel properties with total value exceeding $6 billion.  These were core and core-plus investment grade properties located in Singapore and overseas which he was tasked to enhance investment yields as well as long term capital values.

Though largely based in Singapore during his career, he has carried out many investment transactions in countries such as Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Australia and the United Kingdom. From mid-1993 through to Aug 1996, he was based in Melbourne, Australia to undertake a challenging acquisition process of a mixed development comprising office, retail, hotel and residential components.  He subsequently led the local team to achieve above par business results within three years by adopting a out-of-the-box approach to asset-management.

In March 2016, he founded KEFA Alliances Pte Ltd to further his professional practice in the real estate industry.  The primary business objects of KEFA include - i) Bespoke deal-sourcing services for corporate client in respect of property acquisition in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Australia, China/HongKong, and the United Kingdom;  ii) Advisory services for property development and investment, asset management, project marketing, merger and acquisition; iii) Specialized assignments including market-based research, strategic road map, due diligence, feasibility study, deal structuring and brand building.
